Architectural Consulting Group, PLLC, was founded in 2010 by Lawrence Bramanti, a licensed architect in the state of Arizona.
Mr. Bramanti has experience with the Federal ADA Law, and the local jurisdiction’s ADA building codes, since its inception in January 1992, and has the working knowledge to produce a full and accurate ADA Evaluation for your facility. Mr. Bramanti holds a National ICC Certified Accessibility Inspector’s certificate.
He has provided ADA Evaluations and assistance for clients on a number of ADA related civil actions on their facilities. His clients include Hilton Garden Inns, Homewood Suites, office complexes, veterinary hospitals and Carl Jr’s restaurants. These civil actions primarily alleged non-compliance of the Federal ADA law related to parking areas and access to the building(s).
The areas of a facility’s common non-conforming items usually include the following:
- Size and location of handicapped parking stalls
- Number, size and location of “Van Accessible” stalls
- The height and location of the signs for the handicapped and “Van Accessible” stalls.
